Extended Care
Extended Care is a fun, recreational program that will include outdoor play, basketball, arts and crafts and cooking!
Hours
Regular School Days

| Fridays | 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. |
Minimum Days 12:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
*No Extended Care on the minimum days before Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter Vacation, and the last day of school.
Fees
Registration: $25.00 supply fee per child.
Covers supplies and snacks for the school year.
Cost: $3.00 per hour.
Billing will occur on your family's monthly tuition statement.
Conditions and Policies
Students must attend Study Hall A and B on Mondays through Thursdays. Students not regularly enrolled in Study Hall A & B may register for Fridays or Minimum Days if necessary.
When a student is registered for Extended Care, the parent must indicate which days of the week the child will be attending. Attendance will be taken each day. If a child is absent from Extended Care, the parent must notify the office ahead of time. Please provide a written note. Please telephone the office if the situation is immediate. We must be notified of a child's absence ahead of time to ensure the safety of the child.
Students may be signed up for one to five days a week and also only minimum days, if needed. Students may be picked up anytime before 6:00 p.m. Parents will be asked to sign out their child.
Students may be enrolled anytime during the school year if space permits.
